After school Bente worked from 1987 to 1991 within administrative employee in HSH (the federation of Norwegian commercial and service enterprises). From 1991 to 2007 Bente was an Administration manager in ICT Norway, the trade organization for the Norwegian ICT industry. Bente started to work in Coast Seafood in April 2007 as logistic and export agent.
