Frode Melsether has a Bachelor's degree in economy from BI Norwegian School of Management. With a specialization in Development and Entrepreneurship of Small and Medium size companies. After school he started to work in Nordea Bank in Måløy. Since 2001 Frode has worked in Coast Seafood. He has had several positions in the company, Controller, CFO, Project Manager and is today responsible for managing the VAP department in Bergen and also IT-Manager of the Coast group.
