Øystein has certificate of apprenticeship as Chef. He started his carrier as a cook at Selje Hotel in 1992. After this he has worked as a chef for 15 years with a wide experience from restaurants, offshore and commercial kitchen. Øystein started to work in Coast Seafood in 2007. He is today sales manager at the VAP department in Bergen. He is also working with product development in Coast Seafood.
