History

• 1994 July: Coast Seafood AS established, with headquarters in Måløy, one of Norway’s largest fishing ports.
• 1998 August: Coast Seafood receives the prestigious “Exporter of the Year” award .
• 2000 February: Coast Sotrafish AS, a brand new factory opens. Produces smoked, marinated and fresh / frozen VAP
• 2002 August: Coast Sotrafish AS receives the Gold Medal in the Norwegian Championship of Smoked Salmon.
• 2003 April: Coast Seafood AS opens Coast branch in Boston.
• 2005 June: Coast Seafood buys Polaris in Bergen. 
• 2006 January: Coast Seafood AS exporter of the year for the second time.
• 2007 January: Coast Seafood buys Måløy Seafood in Måløy.
